Pathfinders, the Teen Boys Ministry at TOLMI exists to provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment in which to teach the importance of a personal relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ. The age levels are for teens from Middle School through High School

Mission and Vision

​

The ministry will cover every aspect of a teen boy’s life: character, career, relationships, fitness, skills. The Pathfinders take action to live more actively and hold each other accountable in their goal of becoming better men of God. It facilitates the training of mind, body, spirit/soul, motivating each to leave the levels of averageness in life and go to greater excellence.

​

The Pathfinders is an online/offline program that helps teen boys directly implement the habits, disciplines, and skills into their lives.

​

The mission of Pathfinders is to get boys not only reading and listening but ultimately implementing what they learn into their
lives; through articles, videos, books, meetings, and activities. We seek to help boys grow up well, reach their potential, become better friends, mentors, husbands, fathers, and citizens, and live a life of skill, flourishing excellence, and virtue. Since man is made up of Spirit, Soul, and Body. Pathfinders will address the issues they face in each area.
